How to respond to enemy, haters (Said Nursi)

(41:34)

Imam Badiuzzaman Said Nursi describes this ayat Al-Quran as follows :-

"If you wish to defeat your enemy, then respond to his evil with good. For if you respond with evil, enmity will increase and even though he will be outwardly defeated, he will nurture hatred in his heart, and hostility will persist . But if you respond to him with good, he will repent and become your friend. The meaning of the lines: if you treat the noble nobly, he will be yours, and if you treat the vile nobly, he will revolt, is that it is the mark of the believer to be noble, and he will become submitted to you by noble treatment. And even if someone is apparently ignoble, he is noble with respect to his belief.."

Through experience being mistreated, slander and much more by the opposition and the government . He taught us the simplest yet difficult to practise in front our foes . He use this method through his journey in spreading the teaching of risale el-nur movement in his country and make some of his most fearest foe into one of his most trusted follower and ultimately his bestfriend .

He overcome his enemy just be a good morality and do good deeds toward others. Instead dissatisfied among his enemy, he choose to be gentle and wise towards his foes . Such wise from Said Nursi has taught us his way of da'wah as Islam is not just to be kind toward our friends, family but to our foes as well . Enormous person come from a big personality and patients . May Allah blest him with most good retribution and grant him the highest jannah .
